When I first opened these I could see that the rings were much smaller than the ones I already own. I am not sure why. I can see that I will not be able to use these with my thicker scarves. But since I had just purchased "silk-ish" scarves, I thought maybe they know something I don't. They don't. First beware that the holes are much smaller AND there is snaggy metal in 3 of the 6. Another reviewer lamented the same thing and filed the snaggy metal down - I think I will do that too. I wish I had the gumption to send them back and make the company pay for shipping, etc. - but the fact is, anything else you can buy nowadays is probably just as crappy, snaggy, and poorly made. Still. I like something shiny in my scarves. These will have to do. I may have to keep them because it's no different than anything else I can buy, BUT I don't have to say I like them. Good luck!
