Hardware issue. Seller didn’t repair yet
Had a hardware issue with device. Sent for repair or replacement since February 20th. It’s been close to 50 days, and issue still unresolved.

Powerhorse with an amazing 18" screen
The laptop is amazing, great screen with vibrant colours, performing very well in ultra settings ray tracing games like Cyberpunk 2077, i would have given 5 stars except of 1 thing: the gpu appears in the safely remove device which is a fault from ASUS not seller. If it happened for you to buy it and experienced performance issues, just install armoury crate software from asus.

التشارج لايشتغل والسماعات صغيرة جدا لاعلقة مع الصورةإلى حد الآن لم اتوصل بالتشارج على الأقل ابدا اشتغل ضيعت 4ايام الحين الساعة 15:46 انتظرالمخارج type C لا تشتغل مع التماطل الشركة في الرد او المساعدة
