10 ~ DARK GRAINS & EXTREMELY FIGURED ~ Bethlehem Olive Wood Pen Blanks~

Was leery about the description, but was instantly amazed at the quality when I opened the package. The blanks are well seasoned with no cracking, chips or splitting. Every blank is surfaced to and squared to precise dimensions. I've been working with wood for over (well never mind those details, but I can say over 50+ years) and this is a superior product. The grain, marbling of the product I received was far more than I expected. I am someone that doesn't accept less than exceptional. Give it a try, I would be surprised if you were disappointed. So you know, I have made a 2nd order. By the way, I have nothing to do with the company, but is a truly honest description of what I received.

While I haven't turned any of these blanks yet, I am pleased that they look exactly like the picture. I sometimes read reviews that say that while the pictures show 'highly figured' at least some of the blanks are not.These are square, straight, and should turn very well.I would buy from this vendor again.

These pen blanks really do match the picture shown. All 10 blanks look good. I have turned a lot of Olive pen blanks and these have the most dramatic figuring of the any that I've turned before. Add one of supplied stickers, and the pen looks like it was professionally done. If you like highly figured olive wood with "Holy Land" certificates, this is the best package .

This is not a complaint. Every stick of wood is different. I keep buying different vendors' products in hopes of finding that piece of wood I desire... and I won't know until I see it! The product is very good, well packaged and merchandised. No reflection on this product as to quality, etc. I looking for that perfect stick of wood.

Excellent product! No checks or cracks, straight and true edges. Picture is a pen I turned from the last batch I bought. These blanks look just as good or better. Certificates of authenticity are nicely done! My go to source for Jerusalem Olive wood.

These are very pretty blanks. When I first got them, I immediately turned 3 amazing pens for a customer. I let the rest sit on the shelf for a couple months while I finished up Christmas for the kids. When I get back into the shop to get creative I noticed the blanks twisted and bent quite a bit. Two of them are now unusable and scrap. Again these blanks are amazing but be prepared to turn them when you open it, or seal them to prevent warping.

These olive wood blanks have met the description and are well figured....looking forward to turning pens from these blanks!

Very nice contrast and tight grain. Used for pens with excellent results. Comes with ten business card sized letters of authenticity stating origin and that they are made from pruning of older trees. Will buy again.
