We had what we thought was a small parts request but turned out it was more major than we thought. Not only did the company express care, concern and remorse for the slight trouble we were experiencing, they went far above and beyond to correct the issue. This type of service we received was definitely white glove and VIP. The kids went through lower quality scooters at least every other year for the last 5 years, so the hope is with this better quality scooter we purchased through this company, the scooters will last at least a few years but if not, we’ll be ONLY using them going forward for future scooter purchases. The quality is quite durable and sturdy, the ease of assembly… wait… what assembly? We took the scooter out the box, placed into riding position and that was it!!!! I didn’t break a nail and the hubby didn’t injure his fingers. We are pleased with the product and the ridiculously fast turn around time on correcting a repair. Highly recommend them! Thank you for setting the bar at Empire State Building height!

Some parts fell of before assembly. It was not a part included in assembly, should have been tightened at factory . Could not reach anyone for help, but figured it out

My 5 year old loves it! It is a little big for him but not too big! He will get to enjoy this for a long time! His older sisters have even enjoyed it and they are 11 and 12! They may get one for their birthdays!

From the brake or the “suspension” or something else, I’m not sure, but this thing just rattles a lot. I’m pretty I tightened everything hard but it still rattles annoyingly.I wanna like it but just can’t.
