The insides show wear and the bottoms and heels have scuffs and dirt. What??

Wrong size the first time, wrong color the second.
The first time I ordered the shoes I received were not the correct size. The second time I ordered I received the wrong color and the shoes were dirty. I ordered a color called “white” that looked more like a light tan/peach with orange and neon yellow accents but received a grey/mint green shoe instead with dirt and scuff marks. I do not trust I will get the correct shoe if I return it again. The shoe is very comfortable and supportive.
