Protect-A-Bed Premium Waterproof California King Mattress Protector

Purchased two of these same mattress pads more than 10 years ago and they have held up week after week, wash after wash, on my tempurpedic. Was thrilled to be able to buy another mattress protector from the same brand, to replace the 10 year old one. I bought a pad for every bed in the house!

This mattress pad is very soft and not a drop gets through it. I spilled a drink and not a drop went through it. Most definitely worth the money.

This is without a doubt the fanciest-feeling mattress protector I've ever had. It really made me embarrassed for myself as I threw the old one away (ick). We got a Winkbed and with a (well-trained) dog, I still felt the need to go the extra mile to protect the mattress. Regardless of brand, navigating the warranties that they LOVE to sell you on upfront is actually a WELL-DOCUMENTED nightmare with any company. The Winkbed mattress we got has several layers that involve cooling or whatever (I'm a real connoisseur, if you can't tell.../s) and they said its important to allow those to permeate whatever protector you use, and this one allows for that.Hopefully we NEVER have a stain, but if it does I will be reporting progress here. Placeholder.July 2023 Update: I have seen approximately 5 food-related stains on the mattress protector and not a single one has permeated the protector and leached into the mattress.

Splurge on this mattress protector! The first one we bought was 5 yrs ago and it was washed often…lasted incredibly long. One day I noticed the plastic was shedding so I immediately looked for the same name brand and found it on Amazon. Definitely worth the extra money!

Product was just how it was advertised, perfect choice for California King Bed.

I purchased this product, as I am the primary caregiver for my mother, who is close to 97 years old and cannot easily get out of bed. I use this product to protect both the mattress pad as well as the mattress. Most of the time this product protects the mattress pad; in a few incidents the mattress pad needed to be washed, too. There has not been a single incident where the mattress was affected. The protective bedding is easily cleaned in the washer and I set the dryer to 40 minutes on high heat with no issues. This is an excellent product; I heartily recommend it.

With several washings, it still stands up well, no tearing or ripping. A very good barrier for our bed with an allergic husband! Cuts way down on the coughing and inability to a good night’s sleep

The mattress protector has a long life, washes & dries like new. This is our second purchase of this product as the first one finally (after 15 years) needed replacement. We have just purchased another for our vacation property.

Initially they sent the wrong size but corrected this very quickly and refunded my postage.Once the correct one arrived it felt like good quality fabric and fitted the king size bed very well with a deep mattress tuck under. Very pleased.

Fits

You have to put the entire mattress inside this protector. We have a very large king with all the electronics, too heavy for seniors to lift. Returned the product.
