I was surprised by the quality of the bands when they arrived. I'm usually hesitant about putting my whole weight on bands, but felt at ease with this set.They have a great construction and are adjustable with the amount of resistance they give, but at the end of the day, it's just a small aid.

My bands and bar showed up today. I was very skeptical when I purchased. However, I am very surprised with the resistance. The workout chart is very helpful. I like that I can switch between the handles and the bar. Def recommend.

Overall this is poor quality & the bands are just bungie cords. The marked weight of assistance is completely false

I thought this might work for me, but no. It's just too much. It might be ok for some but I will return this.

Extremely helpful to get beginners doing pull-ups! I Love it! And my Hubby who resists workouts will actually use it because he thinks it’s fun! Lol. Also very versatile in use for other exercises for arms! Great product!

This is a high quality set of resistance bands which will enable users to perform lots of different exercises.I got them primarily to help me with pull-ups and they’re very good for that but a trainer showed me just how versatile these bands can be.Now, I’m using them to help me with stretching and also for some resistance training.The aging game isn’t easy or kind and traditional weights and exercises are becoming too difficult and even dangerous for me.These resistance bands allow me to get a great workout quickly, easily and safely.Materials seem to high quality and I expect that I’ll get good service from this set for a long time.Would order again.

The bands and the metal hardware are very robust. Best of all the wide foot/knee rest greatly reduces the chance the possibility of accidentally having a band smack you in the crotch.

Matériels de qualité mais malgré met 1m86 une fois les bras en bas les élastiques sont totalement relâcher sans émettre de force malgré tout serrer à fond .on a un perte sur certain mouvements .
