Amazing Customer Service and great product
I bought 24 pens first. When I got them I decided they were better that I was expecting so I order more, I spelled wrong a Word and they called me to know if they could fix it for me... that's amazing!!! Got these for my granddaughter for Christmas with her name on them! She will love these!

Customized pens
Upon arrival, very pleased. Quickly realized..the imprinting on pens is like wite out tape so as they are used instantly the writing comes off! Very disappointed. And they weren't cheap. These were for a very special occasion and we're meant to be around for a very long time..instead have pens that will not sat anything after they are used again.
