I’ve used this three times now as a passenger on a motorcycle 8+hrs road trip on a 30-40 degrees and kept me warm. The cold did not penetrate. I had my full face helmet on top of it tucked the bottom area in my jacket. I was very breathable and comfortable. I am 4’11 and 106 lbs. I usually wear small but I’ve ordered medium on this one coz I want extra space and it was perfect for me. Highly recommended. Appearance is stylish too.

Nice hat but no power adaptor for the battery. Likely have to return and hope the next one has all the parts.

I will say I have a larger head and hats typically fit smaller. This Balaclava is on the snug side, but not overly tight. It fits under my jacket so my neck isn't exposed and the material is neither too stretchy or too rough. I find the 7.4V battery both nice and a bit of a bother. On one hand, the 7.4V allows better heat to come from the elements under the material, but because it's 7.4V, I can't use one of my phone power banks in the event this isn't charged or runs out during extended use. I haven't had to use it that long yet where it does fail and I'm left without, so it's a moot opinion really. Even if the battery does run out, it's still a nice balaclava without the heat on.For the price point, the value is good enough. Others might be over $100 and give you a slightly better material or a slightly better heating element dispersion, but this is a budget friendly option.

This mask, for the price, is truly worth every dollar! First off, this mask is built very well. You can feel the quality material and it has held up for me personally extremely well. I wore this mask in -10 degree temperatures and it performed like a champ. The three heat settings come in handy depending on the outdoor temperature. It stayed comfortable while I was out in negative temperatures and literally saved my face and ears from frostbite.The battery life is also worth mentioning, as it lasted roughly three hours on the highest setting during extreme conditions. I did wear this mask on another occasion and had the heat setting on medium, and the battery lasted around 4.5 hours. It takes about 2 hours to fully charge the battery from 0%.I did wash the mask in a washing machine a total of three times since I have had it, and it washed up great. No tearing, no color loss, and no loose threads. Again, proof of the quality materials and workmanship that went into this mask.As for comfort, this mask fit's very well. It is a little bit snug overall, especially around the head, ear and nose section, but this is necessary to keep out the cold. The button to turn the heat on/off is also the same button to control the heat settings. You just press the button and it cycles through the three heat options, high-medium-low. The button changes color to let you know what setting it is on.Overall, I love this mask and everybody that has tried it on, loved it as well. For the price, you get a mask that is well built, works in extreme temperatures, has great battery life and fits well, as well as feels nice and soft on the face. So far, four of my friends went and purchased this exact same mask after trying mine on.
