FSC Ginger Curcumin & Boswellia 120 Tablets

I gave this product 5 star rating because these tablets are excellent for joint flexibility and suppleness.I exercise a lot so this product is brilliant for preventing joint problems.I would recommend this product to anyone who suffers with joint stiffness or inflexibility

My wife says they help with her joint pain.

To be honest I think it will take time to have effect and to build up potency, but I think it is improving the pain situation.

This is a very good product. My joints are better since taking it, and it is good value as there are a lot in the bottle.

I have been using these for several years now and have very rarely needed to resort to taking ibuprofen for my arthritis. I find it better to take the tablets with milk rather than my usual cup of tea to avoid irritating reflux effects presumably due to the inevitable fillers.

This is truely magic for reducing inflammation in the body. I suffer from psoriatic arthritis and use FNC Ginger, Boswellia & Curcumin instead of NSAIDS, Sulphasalazine, steriods and anti inflammatries. I suffer from inflammation on most of my joints and some tendons, using these tablets alongside accupuncture help eleviate all symptoms without any side affects.I noticed a difference after taking just 4 tablets. Five stars!!!

One Tablet :Ginger Root 940mg ( from 20:1 extract)Curcumin 65mg standardised to 95%Boswellia 170.77mg. Standardised to 65%Recommended 4 daily .This data from bottle , should have been provided . I would probably have bought elsewhere as other products seem higher doses @ better value
