I’ve been taking these for a while and I’m happy with the product. The tablets are easy to take and I’ve felt somewhat more energised and revitalised since using them. Overall, a good quality B12 supplement and good value for the quantity.

I just pop a tiny tablet under my tongue and it dissolves within a few minutes. Doesn’t really have much of taste. I have been taking these for about 6 weeks now as my b12 levels were borderline at a recent blood test. I can say I am less lethargic. Another bonus has been for my nails. My nails are usually very brittle and literally do not grow. There has been a massive improvement in my nails and this has been such a bonus for me! When this bottle finishes I am going to move onto a b-complex as I am also deficient in folate.
