Toukiden: Kiwami (PS4)

I have been long awaiting for a monster hunter type game to arrive on consoles. Im talking years from playing monster hunter on DS systems. If you have not heard of the franchise before, its an easy pick up and play game where the hunter / slayer (you) get missions ranging from gathering materials to slaying large fiends that can tower above you in size adding to the excitement. Upon killing you can gather the fiends specific materials and use those in order to make armour and weapons for your chosen weapon class At the blacksmith. Being up to 4 players co op adds even more excitement of taking down a devilish monster with your friends.Content wise. I have put over 200 hours into gameplay and im almost finished with single player and havn't even half done online missions, a massive, massive game. The only thing bad with this game is repetitiveness. You have alot of missions to kill large demons you have already slain, however, not all material drops are 100% so really its useful.I'd also like to add, if your a fan of big, badass looking fantasy type weapons that double the size of the playable character, you will be outstanded at the level of design of the weapons in this game. most of them unique and very sexy.Not a game for everyone. But alot of fun, content, and design. I wont hesitate to 5 star this incredible title

The game becomes hard in a heartbeat. Others have no problems solving the game, I one the other hand had immense trouble

Having owned the original on the Vita i always felt it needed a bigger screen.Owning this on the PS4 us the answer, you get the original game (minus all the DLC sadly) plus a tonne of extra and new content. Almost doube the size, content wise. What's more Koei seemed to have realised it would be wrong to price gouge the fans, so they put it out at a decent price point, a first for a PS4 game in my experience.The game plays exactly like its predecessor, and for the most part looks really good. though there are some obvious areas where it's not so good looking.However the combat, which is the meat of this game, is spot on. The big screen works really well and i found i actually did better on this version than i have on the Vita.Now if only they''d bring Soul Sacrifice to the PS4.....One thing i will say though comparing this game to Monster Hunter is wrong IMO, having played both they're not the same

At times this is really fun, but the other times, it can really drag and gets really same-y.There are quite a few bits to do in the town, but when you're off fighting monsters, a lot of the time you just kind of want it over asap. You have a lot of choices of weapons and they affect the way you play.The group quests are mostly very easy, but i found the solo quests too hard.Thankfully this game has some great japanese humour and this helps alot when the game starts getting tedious, it also has alot of playtime. I have played 50 hours myself and haven't finished it yet, and no idea how near to the end I am. So if you can get it for a good price, give it a go.

Feels like a low-quality web-based PC game instead of a next-gen monster hunting game. Very disappointed.

As i am a youtuber and a reviewer this game came within 1 day of me being it and i was able to play it once it came.Oh the bad side. The compeny that make the game koei have put a block on the sound of the game so you cant steal there content. So buying the game to review it without a capture card is pointless. So amazon five star game two star

Why is the jump button dying out?

Came with a blue round sticker on the packaging. I wondered if it’s an indicator for a used product. The box has seemed slightly different and the clear plastic for the jacket is matte instead of the glossy ones in other PS4 boxes.

Hallo dieses spiel ist wie Monster Hunter gemacht wer das spiel liebt sollte sein 3Ds oder PsP weg legen und sich das schmucke spiel kaufen auch wie bei Monster HUnter gibt es ver. waffen rüstungen usw der umfang ist mega gross man suchtet dieses spiel weil man immer was bauen kann was verbessern kann das einzige wenn man rüstung und waffen hat muss man mit dennen auch in kampf ziehen sonst bekommt man kein besseres lev auf diese rüstungen dafür braucht man keine materialen nur genug geld.
