Great Focaccia Bread Mix!
I love this Focaccia Bread Mix. It is really easy to do and makes some really nice bread (as long as you follow the method in detail - I missed out one step of rising the mixture once and the bread was a little dense). I always make 3x small loaves and they are fantastic - much nicer than the ones you buy. In this package you get two 500g mixes and they had a couple of months to use by so plenty of time. You just need some oil and water and extra rosemary (or seeds) if that's how you want the bread topped.

Good stuff
In really like this bread as it’s easy to make and it’s soft and fluffy! I add sundried tomatoes and black olives and have it warm with a melted cheese! Fabulous!

Best bread mix ever for machine use.
This is excellent bread. The flavour and texture is brilliant every time. I use the 3 hour cycle on our machine.
