Jenn has never disappointed me onceee!!!!!
The grandest game is an absolute masterpiece!! The story is gripping from scratch to finish, with expertly crafted twists and turns that keep you on edge of your seat. Jenn has a way of weaving together intricate plots and dynamic characters that feel incredibly real. The pacing is perfect, and every detail feels intentional and significant. I adore the characters' relationships and motives unfolded, creating a rich, layered narrative. The grandest game is the kind of book that lingers with you long after you have turned the last page. I highly recommend it to anyone who has an interest in thriller like me and you won't regret it!!

The devil works hard but JLB works harder
Five star book One star shipping The inheritance games is utterly amazing, but grandest game BLEW away my expectations! It is twisting and turning with riddles and secrets, with brand new characters alongside our classic ones. Totally recommend to TIG lovers 12+ Shipping on the other hand was delayed nearly 2 weeks, and I live in central Texas. I was disappointed but I have already read it on kindle and wanted the paper back so wasnโt end of the world, but still annoying. Totally amazing book though!

Fun puzzles, cliffhanger ending
If youโve read the earlier books about the Hawthornes, you know that Avery Grambs, the heiress to the Hawthorne fortune, established an annual game of puzzles and riddle in which the winner would win a whole lot of money. This book is about one of those games. I finished this book late last night, and the first thing you need to know is that it ends in the middle of the game! Barnes calls this a new series, and obviously, itโs the kind of series in which books are tightly linked. The next book comes out next July. So forewarned. I found I had to concentrate at the bookโs start because thereโs a lot to sort out. There are 8 players, mostly new characters Hawthornes there, mostly in background with Grayson having a bigger role. There are also three points of view. So it took me quite a while to be sure I knew who was who and what their backstory was. Iโm not actually sure I understand all of them even now, partly because Barnes withholds some information for the next book Still, page by page, I enjoyed this book. I liked solving the puzzles and was pleased with myself when I did it faster than the characters did though that wasnโt as often as Iโd like. The books takes place over 2 days, I think, but thereโs some insta-attraction I guess, which is interesting. The ending was unsatisfactory for me, and Barnes obviously intended it to be that way. Iโll undoubtedly pick up the second book next year, but Iโll have to reread this one to have any hope of following it.

An Escape Room in a Book.
The literal definition of a page turner. Extremely difficult to put down. The story is like an escape room, a mystery, and a romance, all wrapped into one book. ๐

The fun continues!
Escape rooms all around! Avery and three Hawthorne brothers, Nash, Jameson and Xander, create a game together with seven players. The winner gets a million dollars. The players are forced into teams as they are locked into different escape rooms, securing teammates. Gigi, Knox and Brady become a team; Savannah and Rohan are a team; Grayson, Lyra and Odette are a team. They must work together to escape their rooms and make it to the dock by dawn the next morning. Avery and the Hawthornes know how to figure out riddles and they know how to create difficult ones. Who will make it to the dock first? Likes/dislikes: I thoroughly enjoyed the riddles that the contestants had to solve. The mysterious watcher creates suspense and an added tension! Wonderful character development. Language: R for 47 swears, no f-words. Mature content: PG for gentle kissing. Violence: PG-13 for bloody death. Ethnicity: Rohan has light brown skin. Knox is white. Brady has ebony skin. Lyra has golden tan skin.
