After an injury and healing my partner was left trying to return vaguely to some kind of normal and had found himself stymied by many options. Leading to pain and an altered gait. It wasn't until he recognised a discrepancy in leg length by a few inches did we realise what had been the result of the injury and the cause of the current issues.I ordered a number of lifts from several places, more seemed geared towards making oneself taller rather than a medical device but I wanted to give multiple options a shot to see what worked best. Some were full foot pieces, others were focused on the heel, and absolutely none of them fit in his walking boots.These did. For one they seemed more geared to the issue he was having, they had a much more solid, functional feel to them. Thanks to this he can now spend a few hours walking the dog, walking with other people and their dogs. He still comes back a little sore, but the difference is phenomenal considering the debilitating pain he was suffering even going on short walks. Now he isn't forcing it in order for the dog to get their walk in, but rather is enjoying getting out and about.Points--That isn't to say this is a magic fix. There is a lot of effort on his part, these just made it so that effort was better managed and gave him a chance he didn't have before.-After buying several different options, a wide array of what is available on Amazon, and I can say without a doubt they are a step above all the other options I purchased (some that were much more expensive).-The contact and emails sent alongside the item also put them ahead. Other places were just selling a random item, probably drop shipped, with zero thought or care. This seller is different and it was a nice refreshing change.

Bought to help recovery from torn calf muscle. Easy to adjust height however the backing for the double sided tape was a little tricky to remove. Product itself made a big difference and helped with recovery. Would recommend.

JUST WHAT WAS ORDERED, ARRIVED ON TIME IN GOOD CONDITION

I ordered these for my Mum who is recovering from a stroke. It has left her with drop foot and it can be very painful when she walks. I got these thinking we could try them in her shoes but unfortunately they are just far too wide for her shoes. You can trim them down I suppose but it is a lot of messing about and it makes the heel riser move when she puts her foot into the trainer.

There are four layers to this heel-riser. You get sticky fixings to fix it to your shoe. It’s supportive yet still comfortable. I only needed the thinnest layer. It doesn’t say what these are made from, but they feel like some sort of medium density rubber. You can trim them. I prefer them to the silicon variety.

To level up my leg after my operation

Adjustable is nice, it isn't slick so it stays in place.

I walk a lot and my left leg, due to a skiing accident, is about 2 inches shorter than the other leg so this heal support did the trick and walking now is more comfortable.

My physical therapist recommended these to me because we discovered i have one leg 3/4" shorter then the other . as soon as i put in i could tell the difference right away had a little more balance. I think i need to order more for multiple shoes so i dont have to keep moving them

I was told by a podiatrist to wear heel lifts to alleviate my foot pain. It worked very well so I got these heel lifts to use in my other shoes. They are just like the ones I got from my doctor. Originally I tried the lifts at full height. But that caused me to roll my ankle a few times. I peeled off layers until I got to a more stable-feeling height.These are perfect. Sticky bottom layer to hold them in place. Soft, suede-like top layer. Three levels of height. They're holding up well. Perfect for what I needed.
