As someone who's had arthritis in my hands for around 20 years, and over the last two to three years it has progressed to Rheumatoid Arthritis centered mostly in my hands, when I first saw this and started reading I was like, 'That looks like an actual solution!' The RA will never go away. The most-used treatment for it is a medicine called 'Rituxan,' which is an infusion administered about every 3 to 6 months. It's very expensive, but there are financial aid organizations that will pay most of it, assuming you have health insurance and the manufacturer and insurance company work well together. I've been fortunate that my RA doctor has intervened whenever a problem arises, like maybe the makers and insurance companies don't work so well together, or there's an out of network issue, but in any case, most of the procurement of the med has been invisible to me but every treatment has been on time and I've yet to get a bill for any of it.

As far as the "occasions" where you might use these pens, I would think they'd be fine anywhere for any occasion, but they're being advertised here as being akin to a bona fide medical device. If they relieve especially the shakes I get when writing, and also relieve some of the pain in my hands, heck, I'd pay double (or more) for 'em without blinkin' an eye. The fact that there are only two reviews and two questions with very limited answers makes me a little nervous, but the theory of adding weight to my writing implements to address pain and shakes in my hands seems to make sense to me. And for the price they're selling 'em for, I ain't too nervous about givin' 'em a whirl, and if they don't work for the pain or shakes, I got a handful of pens that I hope write cleanly and smoothly, but even if they don't, gambling with only $12 bucks in the pot is something I can walk away from without feeling too reckless for tryin' 'em. So there ya go. I'll come back and edit some first-hand commentary in here after I get 'em, which I hope all two of you will appreciate. LOL 🤑
