Works as expected
So far I am happy with this purchase. Sound is good and very quick plug and play install..works as expected and pleased with quality

Update!
The media could not be loaded. Okay I WFH ( work from home ) and so far theses headset it’s fine currently. I don’t know what may happen in the future but right now it’s fine I had a problem hearing myself on the other line but there are two other ports that they provide in the box to try if there are some issue with the main jack . I disconnect the cord and add the RJ 9 adapter to the jack and it works fine . Noise canceling it’s perfect ! I can’t hear anything in the background only when someone is really near you and is loud then a normal person would speak!! It was hard at first trying to find the right headphone since there not a lot reviews to help or specific to what your looking for however !!! i am being as specific as I can the headset work fine after troubleshooting and once again noise cancellation is definitely good ! The comfront is good with my ears they are so comfortable everyone is different but this is me . Cord length is good too long enough to me. I love the appearance it’s a nice color. The cost to me wasn’t that bad . Overall quality is nice.Update : I can hear customer however sometime i have issue with people saying I sound to far from the phone or sound muffled and it’s getting annoying!!

Poor Quality Headset: Microphone is not clear and issues were progressively worse
Do not purchase. I teach classes virtually and used this product daily for several weeks. This headset is a poor quality device for its cost. The microphone stopped working after only a few weeks of use. The headset catches and pulls my hair during use. The sound quality is nothing special. The noise cancellation is not adequate.

Be Specific With What You're Looking For
The sound quality is good. I didn't like that the connecting cord was 3 ft long or less and that it had double earphones versus one.

It works well.
After my wife couldn't hear the customer's voice I requested to return the item. But my wife liked this item because it is very comfortable to use. She read the instruction and connected a jack and it works very well.

Good Value for the money
It works good. Good sound. Comfortable on the ears. The only downside is that the headphones doesn't have a volume on it to adjust the volume
