Cheeky Monkey Game

So yeah, about the other reviewer who claimed the hole is too small for big hands, let me say this. Not to brag, or make any sort of illicit implication about how big my hands are, no, no, this isn't the place, or the time, but I have really big hands, like XXL glove big hands, and I can pick a chip out of this monkey's behind just fine.I also started playing this game at my buddy's place who had the first edition, which was just a bag and not a monkey, but after playing many a game out of this monkey's behind, I can say they're both great. True, it was annoying the other day when a chip slipped out of the internal bag and into the monkey itself, and we had to kind of stop the game and fish around for it, but no big deal, absolute worst case, if that hold gets any bigger we'll sew it up, no biggie.Also, there's really no choice, I actually scoured the internet looking for the first edition, based on the other big handed reviewer here, and couldn't find it. So I just said, oh well, I'll make due, and let me say I'm glad I did, this edition is fine.Also, the other reviewer said that the stickers are only on one side of the chip and you'd have to turn it over, which sounds painful, hence my scouring the interent, but to my relief, my shipment had enough stickers for both sides, and then some. Yes it is tacky that you need to put stickers on both sides of 52 poker chips, which is 104 stickers, but it takes 7 minutes and then you're done forever, again no biggie. So I say, no worries, pull the trigger on the new edition of this game, you won't be sorry!

This version of Cheeky Monkey would have been much better (but probably more expensive) had they used the same chips that were used in the original boxed version. The stuffed monkey is cool, and the game plays the same and is fun as ever. However, the chips are kind of cheap poker chips now and there's only stickers for one side of the chips. So now you're finding yourself turning them over all the time. The hole in the back of the monkey is too small for bigger hands, so you end up putting the chips in the jug or a different bag. Passing around such a nice monkey would be pretty fun but I can see where it might get ruined over time doing that.Anyway, the game itself is fun and follows the same rules as the original version. I like the boxed original much better, but this ones fun to get your girlfriend for a gift if she's really into games. Kids will love this one as long as they're not too young to lose the chips.

Forget what everybody says about there not being enough stickers; my monkey came with enough stickers for nearly two sets of double-sided game pieces.Also, this game is hilarious!

Didn't like having to put the stickers on before child could play the game. For the price the tokens should have the pictures printed on them.

It's an easy and fun game!!
