The Keenzi 8" cleaver knife is an attractive and functional addition to any kitchen. Offered at a reasonable price point this sharp knife is perfect for gifting as it comes nicely packaged and would appear to cost much more than it actually does. The Abalone shell is attractive and feels good in the hand and the VG-10 Steel with Damascus pattern get the job done. This knife is sure to get a lot of use in the years to come.

This knife is incredibly sharp. It also has an extremely thin blade. I would say that this has a blade just like my Asian chefs knife. It doesn't have a lot of weight behind it, which you would expect it to have for a cleaver. That being said it still has enough weight to really drive through some things. I am enjoying the edge nice and sharp so ive not used it for anything other than vegetables. and it glides through them like butter.

This 7 in knife is a good standard size knife for daily usage. I had no idea how dull my knives have gotten until I used this one and WOW! I've been using this daily to cut fruit, produce and proteins for dinner prep and it has made my job so much easier and faster. Used this on tomatoes and it cut right through them without a budge. I used my other trusted swiss kitchen knife the next day to cut the same set of tomatoes and I could feel some pushback and had to apply more pressure. Used it with one swipe to cut through thin sliced kobe beef the other day, with my old knife I had to go back and forth before cutting through.With this knife I actually have to be more gentle and not firmly press down as hard as usual to get a clean good cut. It's like it wants to make my life easier for me! I understand it's new so I don't know how long it will take before I have to sharpen it again, but so far it has been a godsend in the kitchen.

We've used this knife to prepare a variety of different meals and so far it has worked great with anything we throw at it: fruit, vegetables, chicken, steak, etc. The knife is extremely sharp and feels like it's high quality - it cuts and handles very well. I also like the stylish design of this knife. This would make a great gift for yourself or anyone who loves cooking - I'd highly recommend it.

This knife is a very good size, and arrives razor sharp. The edge is beautifully honed and the handle fits well in my hand. It has a good balance and heft. This knife makes short work of veggies. Their claim of "Damascus steel" is not true. The pattern is simply etched onto the blade. It is still a really nice knife at the end of the day.

I love the entire look of this knife. It is a major conversation piece. But the best part is that it's actually a beautifully balanced and sharp knife. It has no problem cutting anything (including a small amount of my thumb - oops)!It sliced right through a 9lb pork shoulder like butter, and has worked well on everything else from veggies to fruits. This is a great value for a very cool looking knife!

The cleaver knife looks nice, cool design, and cuts well. The only thing is that it's not balanced and it's a bit too expensive hence the 4 stars. Despite that it's a decent knife that we can use without problem.
