My son places baseball and so I’m out in the sun a lot. I’m sensitive to the sun and tried another UV umbrella and would still get burnt thru it. BUT this umbrella doesn’t let light thru!! It is very nice and adjustable so you can move it to block the sun when it moving. Only thing I don’t like is how weak the adjustment part is. If wind gets to blowing I worry about it snapping off but it hasn’t yet. Would be so much better if that part was more heavy duty bc it has a hard time hold the umbrella in different positions

UPDATE: I received the replacement umbrella and used it a handful of times including in a windy beach and they both have held up amazingly!**Will update rating once I receive my replacement**I purchased two of these umbrellas for the beach and to use on my adirondack chairs at home. Unfortunately, one came damaged on the plastic material which will no longer makse it water proof (see pictures). I have requested an exchange. The second umbrella came perfectly fine and seems like a solid umbrella so I'm hoping it holds up as it is more expensive than some of its competitors. I tested it on my home adirondack chairs which have square edges and it is 100% steady.

Don’t even think twice about getting this umbrella, just get it!! lol . Is perfect for the beach, kids sports, etc. I’ve been stopped multiple times by other parents asking me where I got it. Love it!!

My second one for beach and boardwalk. Attaches to all my different beach/camp chairs easily. Many of my friends loved it and bought them as well. We are easily seen on beach. Look like a silver space station LOL. Love them. Highly recommend. Easy to carry.

I love it honestly! The only problem is the clasp that holds the umbrella open randomly releases and umbrella will close on me sitting in the chair. I missed my return window before using it so I’m stuck with it. Praying I can figure out how to fix the problem on my own.
