They are fabulous indeed. The 1st one lasted 15 years, and could've easily lasted double that if they hadn't discontinued the model and all its parts. I actually was banking on it lasting another 15 yrs after investing the breathtaking $5k.....on a toilet? which was a huge deal then as it i$ now . Some can afford the ''upgrade' 'while most of us can't. I consider it a cost prohibitive luxury but worked harder and ultimately justified the purchase as a long term investment. Caveat emptor!, though. The company ensured its planned demise What I find especially ruthless and loathsome about this wonderful company with all the high praises for their customer support , is that after they discontinued the Neo600 toilet, they apparently decided to terminate all support as well, including the servicing, repair, and parts, Worst of all though, as elicited from my recent call to their support line, was the obvious company policy in play to deliberately disengage from those customers like me whose investment was bricked overnight without a warning or explanation and told in an unapologetic, smug fashion, to suck it up and buy another.
