As well as dealing with healing skin / trying to avoid excess scarring after a recent accident.For the price and it being a two month supply, I consider this moderate value - a bit pricy but I’ve seen worse. It is not easy to review on how it improves hair skin and nails without waiting a good number of months and I’m not a scientist. However, I know the ingredients in this make for good nutrition.Biotin is another word for B7 - which is stated as the primary nutrient in this supplement. I think that’s important to mention because you can get vitamin B7 from myriad sources.The product description says “premium vitamin” and “expert mineral” blends. Now this sounds good - and they list the ingredients of each tablet on this page. However…they do not list exactly what vitamins and minerals are in the tablet, and what the % of the adult RDV (recommended daily value) is, which I find odd and doesn’t work in my favour. I would like full transparency of the doses, vitamins, minerals and what is the % of recommended daily value as most vitamin supplements. The capsules themselves are easy to swallow.So I believe the ingredients are good and this is quality and will help my hair, nails and skin but the description of exactly what is in it is vague and the somewhat higher price lets it down.

The capsules offer 100% natural vitamin C made from organic acerola cherry (25:1 extract) although the primary supplement is B7. I very much like that they are non-GMC, Gluten Free and Vegan. Time will tell if they make a noticeable difference in strengthening my hair, eyelashes and nails but so far so good.
