Excellent Product
I have purchased this product after lot of research.This is my first AC. I'm very happy with this purchase. Cooling is good but it takes around 20 to 30 minutes to cool the room (120 sq.ft). Once the room is cool you don't have to do anything the AI (AC) mode takes care of the rest. Installation was ok but it was not so professional as it was from Jeeves and not from LG. Also there was no safety measures given or taken for the installation guys. They just hang in the 12th floor window outlet without even a rope which is very dangerous. Amazon has to take care of these safety measures for sure.Pros :1. Energy efficient2. AI (AC) mode is very good as it's keeps up the temparature and also manages the electricity consumption3. 6 in 1 covertable option is also fine. But not sure how effective it is. Will again write on this based on my electricity consumption for next 4 months.4. This has 4 way swing which is very useful.5. Sound it lessCons:1. It takes longer time to cool the entire room2. No lights on the remote, it's very hard to operate during night times if we have elders at home3. Should clean the filter often which is not a good option4. Installation should be done with safety measures which is not followed here5. Demo process did not happen after installation6. It's actually 1.31 ton AC but sold as 1.5 ton AC that's the reason it's taking longer time to cool7. Energy consumption in Viraat mode is too much so not advisableBut based on my reasearch if I want to get another AC, I will not go for LG as I see there are other better brands such as1. OGeneral2. Daikin3. HitachiBased on my budget I bought LG with some offers at 37k. Next time will go for OGeneral for sure.

Product is awesome. But not happy with installation service.
Product is so good. This is my second time purchasing this same product for my home. When i purchased on first time those technicians are so good and there work was so neat and after finish installation they clean our room. But on this time we are little disappointed because they dont have sufficient tools, they are asking us to provide white cement and not good finishing at all. After installation they leave our room like that only and it was so dirty. They didn't clean after their work. I never expected from LG technician will do like this.

Worth SMART AC
This is my 2nd AC in my house 5star 1.5ton. This is ultimate AC. IF You're looking for smart go for it. Worth. Application control was awesome. Purchasing Price was 45k. And my installation charge is 7500rs. I purchase the extra copper for running long 3meter extra. Performance awesome, swing 4 direction cooling. Very fast, appearance simple and beautiful, connectivity: seamless and value for money : little high. Very disappointed only in installation time. Work was good but charging very high for this.

Service center using fake gas & local copper pipe, overcharging, customer care is helpless
Using Fake gas & copper pipe:The service center (Royal Services Goa) used local copper pipes, several leftover pieces of insulation (instead of one continuous roll), and it seems they filled the AC with fake gas. AC was using full power but not cooling at all, the inside room temperature was higher than outside temperature & they were knowingly reporting wrong gas pressures to LG to cover up. I sent the pictures of the correct gas pressure to LG but the ASM took no action & service center stopped providing service and then closed the complaint. The installation technician also showed me samples of poor-quality copper pipes which he admitted were not from LG but from the local shop.Overcharging & Arm twisting:Service center said official company rates are for showing only. If I wanted officially published rates, the installation will not happen. That is exactly what they did. They kept me waiting for 10 days and then closed the complaint with reason "customer does not want installation" even though the matter was under escalation to with CEO's e-mail address.Excess charges:Extra Copper Pipe with insulation & vinyl tape: Official Rate 850/meter, Service center wanted: 1130 + gstPower chord: Official Rate 60/meter, Service center wanted 180/meterGas refilling charge on brand new installation: Official rate: Free, its included, Service center wanted: 1500 + GSTEven after the matter was raised with the Area Service Manager (ASM), the ASM instead of upholding official rates said its not profitable for the service center & wanted me to directly negotiate unofficial rates with the service center.AC not installed in 10 days:Since I insisted on official installation prices, the service center stopped responding to calls or messages. The matter was escalated to the ASM but nothing changed.Useless customer care:The matter was escalated using the write to CEO link. This turned to be a total waste of time as you only get directed to customer care and get generic responses. They forwarded my complaint to the persons against whom the complaint was made. No one from LG customer care even called to find out whats going on & the harassment only increased. Amazon also escalated the issue at their end but the installation was not done in 10 days. Finally, I gave up and returned the AC.This review is from someone who used to be a loyal LG customer. But now LG is not what it used to be.

Hello everyone,I have bought this product on April 06 it was good and having net capacity of 1.42 tonAnd has various modes to reduce power consumption , we can choose various modes according to the persons and activity going in the room and cools the room in 10 mins when we use Virat modeI have bought this for 44000 the lowest price i have seen is 42000 better to buy at 42000 with card offers , if had to choose any ac at this price range I will go for1- Daikin for performance2 - Lg for the various modes and power consumption service,slightly less performance than Daikin 1.5Remote does not have screen light and better to use stabilizer for power fluctuations
