Amazing cookbook that feels like you’re getting secret family recipes. Things that your real Italian grandma would make variations of but not your typical “Italian” recipes you see in most cookbooks. These recipes are great for parties/gatherings/etc. and are easy to follow. Pictures with every recipe which to me makes or breaks if I will make something or not. If you follow him on Facebook or YouTube, he’s always been willing to answer questions, etc. too. Can’t wait to get volume 2!

I've been following Poppy's Cucina for over 1 year now. The easy-to-follow step-by-step instructions will make you feel like a rock star in your own kitchen. These are Poppy's recipes that I made at home and each of them received raved reviews. The Italian Style Braised Short Ribs knocked my husband's socks off and mine as well. The aroma while they were cooking made it difficult to wait until they were finished. It was true aromatic heaven.

I have been following him on Facebook for awhile and have made many of his recipes. They are so easy and so good. The deviled egg pasta salad is a crowd pleaser and great for any holiday.

I follow him on Facebook and love every recipe he puts on there. This book is excellent and the recipes are not difficult to make. Great Italian cuisine!
