This stuff is pretty amazing. I have naturally straight, thin hair. It is hard to find a product that help with volume without creating all kinds of other problems. A little at the roots of freshly washed, damp hair works wonders. Soft, workable finish. Don't overdo it, though.

I recently stumbled across products from Hairstory and am a true convert..I have fine ,high porosity, very curly hair and have been practicing the curly girl method for over 2 years ..So all clean products. I have spent a small fortune trying everything from high end.. to Target, and often using 4 products to get an OK result. Hairstory Wash and Lift have simplified my life !! I love using them and my wash routine is now easy and effective with just 2 products. Sometimes 3 as I love the hair balm too. My hair feels so much healthier and looks full and bouncy not crunchy and heavy as it often did in the past. I don't feel tempted to try anything else and thats a huge relief.I also love the light clean essential oil smells of the products. Nothing overwhelming, just pure and clean.

This made my hair heavy and greasy looking. Tried it twice along with the shampoo.

I have a little more volume now. Unfortunately, the hair does flatten back out during the day. Thinking this product does not do as well with fine hair. Such as the frustration for those of with fine, curly hair: WHERE IS OUR PRODUCT FOR VOLUME???

Absolutely love this product. Spray a little on your roots when wet and blow dry. Watch the lift take off. Then mist over hair when done styling and you're set.

I have been using this product for about a year - I have very fine thin hair and it’s hard to find products that don’t weigh it down.
