I was confused with 2 containers for oil as well like other reviewers. But now I am guessing if you want to put rocks around the oil canister, you can place the shallow pan and place the deep on top so it will raise above the base and create space for ricks thickness so your fire does not drown tin rocks layer.But no rocks or gravel comes with this piece neither any instructions!Q I am not sure if liquid paraffin works with this! Anyone knows?

Very classy item, fits well on my table and create a nice atmosphere the flame last very long. Very easy to set up and put out the flame. Definitely worth the price very affordable

See the picture? What are the two metal cups for? I get having one, but what do you do with the shallow one? I’m confused. And what is that clip for inside the taller one? And where is the fill to line on the larger cup. And what is the white thing inside the cup. It doesn’t look like fiberglass…and where are the stones or decorative matter to put in it. So many questions. The base is a weird proportion too, very tall, but one can accept that. It’s all the other questions!!!!!NO directions that have anything to do with the product except to beware you can die from using it. Lololol Said that about 5 times.
