I wondered what it was in blueberries that helped my joints feel better so I googled it. Quercetin. Makes a difference. I don't like NSAIDs because of the side effects and quercetin helps. The only side effect is it makes your poop smell like rubber because it is a sulfur compound. I can live with that. I eat an anit-inflammatory, mostly vegan, keto diet with therapeutic doses of omega 3 fish oil so my C-reactive protein was already below readable, but quercetin made an improvement in my comfort and mobility.

These pills are so giant I have to cut them into thirds in order to swallow them, but man do they work well! I have the worst allergies known to man (year round), and these things have kept me going for months. Usually I am stuck in bed for 3-4 days during season changes because of my allergies, but I haven't done that since taking these!

I am not taking this product for pain. I am taking it because it allows vitamins to be more effective.

The product gave me a stomach ache. Also, it tasted like it was made from pineapple, and I wouldn't have bought it if I'd known that, because I'm trying to avoid acidic foods.
