Doesn’t work. Unsafe to use for Scuba.
I ordered two of these lights for scuba diving. Neither works correctly. Seems to be an issue with the battery, and the screw top. Sometimes I can get them to light up, but they flicker. I never have had any luck switching between modes. Sometimes, they don’t work at all. No way would I trust these in a Scuba situation, underwater at night.

Not sure about these new models
I own two of the older model Glo-Toobs and they've been rock solid for years, but when I ordered two of these newer models, neither of them worked at all. Ende dup returning both.
