Great accessory for the Kokuyo Campus Smart Ring Binders
The packaging was all in Japanese but there are videos online how to use it so it was pretty straightforward to use. I bought this is to punch holes in papers for the Kokuyo Campus binders and it works well!

Love it
I love the Japanese binding system but it's impossible to find paper and accessories here, so this punch allows me to make my own. I print out dot paper using regular A4 paper, then add the holes myself. Perfect. It even has little marks on the guide for US letter paper.
