Meets my expectations for exact blend of bitterness and sweetness.
The chocolate meets my expectations for bitterness and sweetness and for square size. I have four squares every morning with dates and walnuts to start my breakfast. Thank you for the safe and heat protecting packaging this time. Being a long time customer, there have been flimsy packaging of the chocolate over the past. Please package the chocolate safely.

Stale, chocolate exposed to high heat.
I purchased this multi-pack because I liked the quality of a bar that I bought in a local grocery store. These bars arrived with a chalky white film on them, like when any chocolate is exposed to hight heat, then cools down. They taste stale, chalky, hard and inedible. THIS SELLER DOES NOT TAKE RETURNS!! AVOID THIS SELLER.

Wonderful extra dark chocolate
I am a extra-dark chocolate lover, and this is one of the best tasting dark chocolate I have ever had. It has a nice fruitiness to it. I love this chocolate.

Bad quality and taste
This chocolate has been improperly stored. Is has what's called bloom. It's not harmful, but it changes the texture of the chocolate making it not worth the money.

Mild & Slightly Sweet
Lightly sweet & mild. Most dark chocolate above 75% or so is hard, pretty bitter and not very melt-in-your-mouth. This is one of the nicer ones (but not one of the best - I'd say on the lower end of the good ones) as it isn't bitter and is just slightly sweet. I just picked up 1 bar of this at Whole Foods (on sale) for $3. If the price listed on Amazon is correct, it's an amazing deal. (It says "6 pack" and the price is $6.99). That's like $1.20 a bar! Very worth it!
