The quality and function of this machine are so much better than I expected, or even hoped for! I paid $20 extra to have the box delivered to the room of my choice. (Getting it inside and downstairs would've been the hardest part.) Taking my time and making sure I read the directions carefully, it took 90 minutes to assemble the elliptical at a leisurely pace. There's nothing confusing or difficult about the assembly, and the necessary tools were included. The peddling is smooth as silk and quiet as a whisper. My breathing is much louder than the machine. Lol! The tension knob to increase or decrease difficulty works well. The machine is easy to move and roll out of the way if needed. Some reviews have compared it to the commercial-grade ellipticals at the gym. They're not the same thing and if you want to spend $7500+, go for it. But good luck getting that thing out of your house when you don't want it anymore and good luck finding someone to repair it if it breaks down. Plus, this elliptical takes up a much smaller footprint than the big ones at the gym. I get a great workout with this and the quality is unbelievable at this price point.
