I was on site where 80% of reviews were 1 star due to extreme cramps. How about you guys?

Cramps yes, extreme, not so much. Usually the cramps means it time for a trip to the bathroom, they subside after that. If itried to wait though the cramps would probably get worse.

Why are there a thousand inactive ingredients? every one of them is a risk of gluten cross contamination for me. anyone with celiack ok with these?

This product caused me a celiac crisis. My digestive track seized-up after taking two and I ended up in the ER. I ended up in surgery only to find out there was no physical blockage only a chemical one. I would try something else.

Will this make me shart?

Yes. To some degree. You can feel it churning your stomach moving toward an exit. Drink coffee, or water.

This one, is very strong. the blue box of ducolax is more tolerable. right?

The blue box is the stool softener, so it doesn’t usually cause the discomfort that the normal Dulcolax stimulant laxative will. If you want a gentler laxative, try the pink Dulcolax. It’s for women but the effects aren’t as strong (i.e. cramps and discomfort).
