The Shakin Stevens Collection

What can you say about Shakin Stevens. Brilliant in the 80's. My wife and I Loved him, and still do. When this C'D arrived we put it in the car and had it full blast when we were driving along, it brought back so many memories for us, songs like, Hot Dog,"Marie Marie" Lipstick powder and Paint, This ole House, and many more. And he still looks good today. Keep going Shaky. Highly Recommend.

Great just what I wanted

Love,love shakin stevens even now,and when he has songs with the sunsets,made life enjoyable,he was crazy,still is,entertaining,great in every respect.

Easy listening

I give this 4stars as it was great until after the 5th track.as I am in the habit of buying used cd's ,I know that there's always a chance I 'd get a duff one as was the case here.BUT I've ALWAYS like to give credit when it's due,and after I informed the seller I bought the cd from I had my money back within hours.that what I call great customer relations and I've since ordered 7 more titles from this seller.

Another artist which you forget how many hits he had very good compilation

I knew most of his songs and we even line dance to one or two of them so I was not disappointed.

If we here across the pond could get Mr. Stevens to grace us with a big, slaming Las Vegas show this would be it! The sound is highly produced and arranged, there is some schmaltzy stuff but it's beautiful, sound quality is superb. You get great musicians, arrangements and super dooper Rockabilly with sounds like Elvis with the Jordaneirs. O.K. One disco version, and a Zydeco with an accordian who just kills it. Hey in Vegas you got to put on a show for all kinds of folks in attendance. If we could actually get this gig together, but hey, Stevens is one of those hardest working and charismastic performers and this disc is so, so, good!

Endlich Mal wieder ordentliche Mucke .Eignet sich für Feten und zum Abhotten .Sowas sollte heute noch produziert werden . 👍
