Super sharp and easy to handle and take care of
I bought this after reading that Aaron Franklin uses this to carve up his famous Texas Briskets. I do a lot of meat cooking and BBQ'ing and this knife is perfection. Super sharp and easy to handle and take care of..and cheap enough to replace should you need to. I've had mine for almost 3 years now - working like a champ.

Nice sharp knife I used for cutting up a brisket I made. I will find other uses for it too.I plan to buy more dexter Russell knives. They seem to be no frills and work well also holds an edge for a long time
