We waited a spell to write this review so it would cover months of use. In short order the Voice command system was learned and it works well. The hand pass is pretty functional as it requires close proximity and shorter folk can use a moving paper towel to trigger. I can use all three control systems w/o trouble. Masnual operation on the touch-screen is fully fully useful, wet or dirty fingers? no matter. Lightiing is very good - right into the top of the pans and pots and natural light to boot. Noise is OK - the fan moves a good amount of air and is totally average in that regard as to DB levels. Materrial is durable and the satin shine is pleasing. 409 on a damp microtowel and all is good as to the cleanup every month. "Exhuast Filters" are SS of course and are simply smaller versions of what I experienced in many commerical kitchens - they clean up quick and the modular nature of them make easy drop into even a smaller sink. Happy? YES

I couldn’t be happier with this range hood. Installation is straightforward with clear instructions. The suction power is strong enough for most cookings. It is impressively quiet even on the highest setting. The voice command feature is highly responsive, making hands-free operation a breeze. The touch buttons are also super sensitive and easy to use. The only minor improvement would be stronger lighting with an adjustable angle to better illuminate the cooking areas—but that is hardly a dealbreaker. Overall, the range hood is an excellent combination of performance, and convenience—definitely worth the buck. Highly recommend.

I recently installed the Brano 36-inch insert range hood with voice control, and it has been a game changer for my kitchen. The sleek, modern design blends seamlessly with my cabinetry, giving a clean, polished look. The voice control feature is incredibly convenient—being able to adjust the fan speed or lights hands-free while cooking makes everything so much easier. The range hood is powerful yet quiet, efficiently removing smoke and odors without being disruptive. The 36-inch size provides great coverage for my range, and the insert design makes it feel custom-built. Overall, it’s a fantastic addition to my kitchen, combining both style and smart functionality!

The voice control feature is a little odd that I will explain later, but overall this unit works very well. Lights are bright and easy to use even when you have a lot going on. The controls on the unit are sensitive enough that when using the stove a light touch will accomplish what you are trying to do. The gesture controls are really handy, especially when you have something in or on your hands and they work all the time. We can a lot, and this draws steam up and out of the stove very well. Now to the voice activation. You start that with "Hey Andy" and it chirps back "I am here". Commands work pretty well "fan on high" works as expected. What's unnerving is when you are in the other room talking and all of a sudden you hear "I am here" followed in a short time by "goodbye". There's a lot in your house nowadays that listens to you, and at least this one is not connected to the internet, but this happens a lot... Especially when sitting in the same room having a conversation. Product works well, looks good, and does the job it should. Just a little chatty for a range hood... ;)

Love this hood, very clean and durable. The only thing I dislike is the voice commands. We turned this feature off first thing. The voice command response "Andy" is extremely annoying and will randomly talk and respond during conversation around the hood.

This range hood fits perfectly under my wood hood cover it aesthetically matches my kitchen and functionally does a good job of sucking steam & food odors out the kitchen. The voice feature is an added bonus. I love that I can put the stainless steel filters in the dishwasher. The lights are bright overall five stars for me good purchase. I only wish the hood was a little quieter, but given all of the good features that’s easily overlooked. I’m happy I purchased this hood! Thank you!
