I've been on and off regularly using ashwagandha for about a year now; with this being the 3rd brand I've had.Here are my thoughts:As with any supplement, do your own research on it and all its effects before purchasing yourself.i.e. - some people have reported feeling "emotionless" after taking ashwagandha. While I don't necessarily feel that, I do believe that I've felt more "even".It's helped with my lifts in the gym.When I first started taking this supplement, I was extremely cognizant of my protein intake, and I found that my lifts increased almost exponentially. I can't credit that solely to ashwagandha, but I do believe it was a big help.The taste isn't for everyone, though. It's potent, and I find that I'll taste it on burps for about a half hour after ingesting. It's almost an earthy, deep taste. If you're fan of green teas, I think it'll be tolerable, though.Honestly, if you're on the fence about starting some or not, I'd say go for it. You have what is essentially a 4 month supply of it for $13. Worst case scenario, you aren't a fan of it and lose a bit of money...Best case, you feel a ton better, both physically and mentally. I think that's worth the minimal risk.

I have been working out, changing my diet, and trying to get enough sleep. All of those factors can affect how much energy I feel that I have so I can't attest to whether this ashwagandha made a big difference.I can only attest to my trust in the Herbal Secrets brand due to my current experience with it.

I have taken Ashwagandha for years now and in different forms. Straight powder is the most effective for me, but it's honestly the most awful-tasting thing ever, so I just can't force myself to take it that way anymore. It gives me the shudders just thinking about it. These capsules in the bottle smell the same as the powder I used to take, so I struggle with that because of how badly I dislike the smell and taste of Ashwagandha. But the benefits are so great for me, better mood, higher libido, just an overall sense of better well-being. And once I get the capsules out of the bottle, the smell goes away, and I'm able to take them just fine. This is a lower dose than I normally take, but so far I have still seen the benefits of the Ashwagandha taking the lower dose. If that changes I will update.

I got this in and have been taking it and it works just like it’s supposed too. I ordered this particular Ashwagandha supplement for a couple reasons.First it’s got a ton of servings. 120 capsules so a 4 months supply and if you take 2 a day you still have a 2 months.Second the supplement is just ashwagandha which I really like. I wonted just ashwagandha so I know what I’m getting instead of it being mixed with other supplements.This is a good supplement with quality ingredients. I would recommend it.

These capsules are small and easy to swallow. They go down easy. They do have a very slight woodsy smell holding up the bottle to my nose, but so slight it's only noticeable if you're looking for it.

These supplements were well sealed and the fairly standard sized capsules were easy to swallow. At 500 mg per day, the dosage seems a bit lower than many other brands, which varied from 500 mg to 2100 mg daily.Ashwaganda has been said to improve mood, help with relaxation, and help with focus. There is much information available on the Internet, so do your own research, and as always, check with your medical provider before adding a new supplement to your daily routine.Personally, I've found this supplement to help me relax, resulting in improvement in my sleep.

The bottle has an herbal aroma, but the individual capsules have no smell or flavor. They were easy to take with water.I like that they use vegetarian-friendly capsules.
