Rainbow Light, Magnesium Calcium Plus, 90-Count

When i can afford them, i always choose these Rainbow brand supplements (although i'm not even sure if that's the name of their brand. lol but i had done a lot of research on supplements, specifically daily multiple vitamins, before i purchased my first bottle years ago, and i'm sure these rank very high ABOVE the common daily multiple vitamins that we see advertised. I believe i may be due to all the enzymes or amino acids that they add to vitamins and minerals (even micro-nutrients) ... for absorption. Oops, this review is actually for their Magnesium vit. well i'm not a labratory but for sure, i was magnesium deficient in December 2021 and by January my lab numbers were GREAT !!! LOVE RAINBOW LIGHT SUPPLEMENTS ! Oh ya, the pills are kinda huge, but what do you expect ??

My nails grow amazingly fast when I use this. I am waiting for pay day-ran out. Nails are definitely stronger when using this. My past doctor recommended Rainbow Light Brand. My Hair grows fast too but not thicker. Digests easily. I put one in water to watch how long it takes to dissolve. So many brands never dissolve or digest. This reverse ratio of 1 cal to 2 mag prevents me from experiencing muscle cramps and I sleep better and deeper when using it.

I started taking this product foe muscle cramps in my thighs /calf; but later realize that this product was helping me in another area. It shortens my menstrual cycle and do not get cramps. This is a wonderful product and I have been taking this product for three years. This product is hard to find in the stores so I have to order it. I love this product.

I think they are good quality but not sure as I dont really feel a difference. They are huge but have no taste. Id rather have a chewable but its hard to find a good one with magnesium. So for now Ill continue to take these.

I recommend taking them in the evening to also aid in regulating a more restful night of sleep. Note: magnesium does soften bowl movements.

I made a mistake, this is not the product that I usually get from Rainbow light. I am so glad I kept it, I woke up with less pain from my arthritis in a long time! I will be buying this one from now on!!
