4 of the channels not working. No product support
The first 2 sliders do not work at all. As such channels 1, 2, 9 & 10 are not functional. There is no way for me to contact the manufacturer. The product description says that it was made in India. This is not true. MADE IN CHINA. I'd like it replacing, but I cannot locate the manufacturer regarding warranty.
