I wasn't sure this top would fit since I have larger upper arms and sometimes shirts like this are too tight around them but it fit well with some room to move. The fabric does have a bit of a plasticity feel from the rayon so not as gauzey as I would normally like but it still isn't bad. I wash my clothes in a low or cold temp and dry on low as well and this did shrink a bit vertically after washing but not enough that the waist portion started to get into the bust area. I could also probably fix it by washing again and pulling it into shape then letting it air dry based on how the fabric feels.

I wadnt quite sure how I'd feel about this short when I bought it so I took a chance and it is very gorgeous! Beautiful and feminine without being overly revealing!

Beautiful. The material is quite thick for a blouse, but not too thick. The ruching is very forgivable, so order according to you bust size.

I was so surprised at the good quality… granted it’s a bit more cost than average Amazon tops.It’s close to true size. However, I thought the large looked a little frumpy since I have a short torso and this has a wide waist band. The medium looks so much better on me. Obviously I won’t place in a dryer machine.I can’t wait to wear it. If I have any negative experience with washing or wearing I’ll update my review.

Beautifully sewn and a lovely shade of green. I returned it because 1) it was the wrong color for my son's wedding and 2) it made my short torso look even shorter.

The material used was of good quality, the blouse was very well made, and it was true to size.

Bought a size bigger and it fit fantastic. I love how it look.

The Scarlet Darkness Women's Renaissance Peasant Blouse is a well-made blouse. It offers nice detailing, with cutouts designed in the arms. However, my wife says the shirt does not give very much, but is fairly true to size. She is 5’4” and feels the shirt is short on her. She would prefer the part of the shirt that comes down to the torso to be a few inches longer. The shirt calls for hand washing and so she will only wear it occasionally.
