These are a nice upgrade for the standard door anchors you get with band kits. A very good price. They are well made and suited for the task. Highly recommend.

Sturdy and very similar to trx

The quality is high, and it does work well. The only thing you should consider is that this type of roller/stopper is likely better for someone who is a smaller size (shorter/lighter). I have two of these types of devices. One has a stopper that is doubled up or roughly twice the width. I can tell the difference between the two when a lot of force is exerted against the strap when pulling on it. This does not slip or come out from the door, but you can tell that the weight is more concentrated in half the same area. That will make a difference when it comes to using these with certain types of hollow doors. The strap is very good quality (woven like a safety belt in a vehicle, but a bit thinner). The hook is metal and very strong. The value is good, and I would buy it again, but only if it was going to be used by someone of probably <150 pounds (rough math).

It can take a full adults weight, and it won't damage the door or the frame. Enough said, right there.What's more, the clasp/ring is nice and solid, not flimsy, and this is a very well-made item! Lowkey I wish I had 3 more....

I have been trying to rehabilitate a frozen shoulder for many moths now, and was finding it difficult to find places in my home to attach tension bands for my exercises. Ordering the Soy door anchor was a no brainer! This has exponentially increased the number of places throughout my home that I can do my exercises, and keeps my bands secured (no more sliding off a door handle and hitting me in the face). 100% worth the small cost to purchase this. If you are needing to do stretches with resistance/tension bands, you really should order one of these- simple to use and keeps them secure.
