Great product that can be worn anywhere. Incredibly useful as an aid to quit smoking. Well made and sturdy. Highly recommend

Not worth the money didn't have any affect so have binned them

I purchased these as I had seen videos claiming they could help with quitting vaping. I have not found that they remotely help with that but I have found them very useful for mindful breathwork and meditation. They really help you to focus on your breathing and elongating your breath to relax into your meditation.

There really is nothing to this product but I haven’t taken mine off since quitting smoking/vaping a month ago, good to fiddle with as a last resort when your hands get restless! 👍🏼
