Easy
It only works on my phone. I can’t hear it in the house but I love it bc once they ring the bell I can even see to my road the car type. For something quick and easy I would get

Would like to know why we have to download our credit card information before I can get the app.

Every push of the doorbell cost.
You have to purchase the use of the rings. You can purchase so many per month. This should have been mentioned in the features. The pictures don't look as it said it does. It's very burred and burry. It's extremely slow to get to your phone. By the time it gets to your phone the person have pushed the doorbell three or more times. Each push of the button cost money. It's not worth what I paid for it. I don't recommend it.

Completely unusable
I tried setting it up for several hours, the doorbell works fine, but connecting it to an app was impossible. I tried multiple apps, the Geeni was the one I use for all my cameras and it said I should be able to connect it. Wrong! Tried several hours of troubleshooting and multiple different apps.

This product was delivered with sincere care and on time, I’m using my doorbell camera and it works great.

It’s a no for me
It’s a no for me. No live view. Someone has to ring the door bell in order for you to see anything. And when they ring the door bell it’s takes 2 mins to even give you notification that some one is there. It’s slow, and it’s doesn’t keep any storage. I guess you get what you pay for. Ima just pay for a ring camera.

Not happy with it
I spent 2 hours trying to set it up and it's set up right and doesn't do what I thought it would. I have it in the right place but Not Happy With It At !!!!!
