I’m disabled, and on fixed income. That’s only relevant because I save and treat myself to this coffee 4 times a year. It’s definitely a luxury, and the creamy, chocolatey, coffee is my favorite, and it pairs well with my favorites, from crisp, lacy chocolate chips, to crunchy pears with a bit of Asiago.I’m not educated in traditional food pairings- those are just things I like with Elefante!

This coffee was not purchased for myself. I bought it for my daughter's boyfriend, who is a coffee aficionado & works as a coffee barista. He let my daughter know that the coffee is exceptionally good & very smooth. Hence, I am very pleased with the coffee's taste, packaging, and delivery. I greatly recommend this coffee to others!

Says medium roast but is comparable to dark roast. Tasted burnt and bitter.Beans were different sized with different degree of roast.

I love the dark Honey bear version but wanted to try others. This one was too bitter for my taste. I am a dark roast coffee drinker for the longest time and I have tried a few.....going back to Honey bear (dark) as fast as I can...

I usually prefer dark roasted coffee. A friend convinced my to try this out. I have to say it's a very smooth coffee. It's a bit expensive but makes up for the price in taste.

The mild flavor was good. I prefer a stronger roast.
