It keep giving me an error and a msg saying usb has not been plugged in it didn’t work !!!!!!!

Could not copy data from pen drive to iphone 14. it was showing internal in the y-disc app. but in iphone stored in different location after you copy unlike ixpand drive(could copy and save in file app).
