I don’t feel it every time when I work out but I definitely feel the benefits of taking this. I've been taking tonkat ali for multiple months and while I haven't been able to get bloodwork done, I seem to be recovering quickly from athletics and have noticed I'm mentally very sharp. I'll post an update if I notice any changes switching to the Satoomi brand.The main downside of both tonkat and fadogia together is less control over the specific dosage. Ideally I'd take 400mg of the former daily and cycle 300-600mg fadogia on/off every couple months. This I'm forced into increments of 300mg tonkat with 200mg fadogia.
