Very flimsy
First one was missing screw insert to assemble. Second one holes didn't match up and was flimsy after assembled

It’s ok, but not stable and very flimsy
The screws to screw it into the wall are not long enough to go into the wall anchor and hold it. Very cheaply made and will probably need to replace it soon I’m sure.I had to go and get screws that were longer to drill it into the wall and anchors. Created more problems than solutions.

Great space saver
So far this is working great. We desperately needed extra towel storage, and this holder works perfectly. We even have extra-large, fairly fluffy towels and they still fit well. It was slightly challenging to install, but not terrible.

Screws not long enough
The screws they give you to screw it into the wall are not long enough and fall out. Otherwise it's nice enough and does the job. If you order it, just buy longer screws to get it securely in the wall.
