Does it rub on the guitar?

Any area that touches your guitar is covered in a rubber coating that will not damage or scratch the guitar.

Delivery- does this item come in one box? The box I received seems small in comparison to the item seen in the photos. I understand it is not assemble

I believe so. Everything’s pretty flat until you put it together. And it was easy to put together.

My delivery didn’t come with an instruction manual. Can I get instructions on how to assemble?

Very simple if you have a picture that’s all you should need, mine didn’t have instructions either, but it works well for small space
