First off, this bottle does come with basic metal measuring spoons in 4 different measurements. As for the sauce itself, the flavor is bold but not overly strong, which is fine for someone like me who only cooks casually with it. However, others may prefer an ever bolder taste.My bottle also has a best by date about 2.5 years out.

Oyster sauce is culinary requirement in our kitchen, so I was happy to see an old favorite, Panda Brand. As always, it was delicious, hitting all the right notes and flavoring our dishes with the salty, umami notes that we love. The bottle came well packaged, no problems. In addition, there was a package of 4 stainless steel measuring spoons included with the bottle of sauce. A very nice little bonus. Not that we needed one to order the oyster sauce, but much appreciated.This is a good basic oyster sauce. Great for dishes, to add a bit a interest, flavoring, umami to a dish. Affordable and good. Not the highest end sauce, but a good solid oyster sauce.

Depending on how much you do, or don’t cook regularly with oyster sauce this might not matter at all to you, but this is different from the Lee Kum Kee oyster sauce that is made in the USA.Flavor wise they are fairly similar, but the USA version has a stronger flavor, so you will need to use more of this one when cooking.The measuring spoons were a fun addition to the oyster sauce. My eight year old has declared them as her spoons and only pulls them out when she wants to help cook.

I have been using this brand forever and I am glad that the taste have never changed. FYI most Asian sauce contains MSG so if you think you're getting something without then you will be disappointedthis is a little pricey than the one I get from my Asian store but for those who lives in areas where this is hard to find, the price is decent specially you are still getting the same product that Lee Kum Kee have served through the years.Product arrived well packed so I got a really nice bottle with expiration date of 2026this comes with measuring spoon set that is made in INDIA which is nice. I think it is aluminum and is well made.
