Q: Does anyone know what is the max temp for the oven?

Not sure but I’ve had them in oven set at 425 degrees without any problems. I just would not broil in them as not sure the coating would sustain that high of heat… but I love these pans. I use them everyday… coating is very durable.

Q: Are these cookware dishwasher safe?

I never put mine in dishwasher, always hand wash.

Q: Do the pot lids fit the frying pans?

Unfortunately the pot lids do not fit the drying pans. Other than that, love this cookware!
