I really enjoyed the tablets. Very affordable and effective. The only minus through is that it is pretty big and not easy to swallow, but at least it is salty and easy to keep it in mouth. Its not bitter at all, and you don’t have to take a new one to try again.

I find the tablets really hard to swallow, they're big! Other than making my toilet visits regular, I havent noticed much of a difference....🤷🏼♀️
